"Repair worked, but I wasn’t thrilled with the process"
They did end up fixing it under warranty, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I expected, and dealing with customer service didn’t exactly inspire a lot of confidence. I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to make sure things were actually moving. Glad it’s fixed, but the whole process was slow.

"Didn’t stay dry"
I took it out for one rainy walk and, honestly... the inside got wet quickly. I was expecting it to hold up better, so yeah, kind of disappointing.

"Picked up a Rab jacket for my walks…"
Picked up a rab jacket for my walks and I’m really happy with it overall. It’s super comfy, fits nicely, and doesn’t feel stiff or bulky, so I can wear it all day without getting annoyed. It’s kept me warm on colder walks too. The only thing is I had to put in a bit more effort than I wanted comparing sizes and figuring out which one to get, which was a bit of a faff. But once I got it, no complaints about the jacket itself.

"Decent stuff, dumb prices"
The stuff is okay, not gonna lie, but the prices are kind of ridiculous for what you actually get. I was expecting way better value, but it felt a bit like getting ripped off by a fancy-looking idiot. Delivery was fine, no real complaints there, but I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a huge sale.

"Not Quite the Long-Term Jacket I Expected"
I picked up a Rab jacket a few months ago thinking it would be one of those dependable buys that I'd have for years. At first, I was happy with it, it kept me warm and felt like it would do the job. But after wearing it for a while, I started noticing the stitching coming loose, which was frustrating considering what I paid for it. It still keeps the cold out well enough, but the overall quality just doesn't feel like it matches the price tag. I really wanted to love it, so I'm a bit disappointed.

"Warm jacket, but the zipper gave out at the worst time"
The jacket itself feels warm and comfortable, so I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, the zipper started snagging all the time, and then the pull tab broke after about two weeks. Of course it happened right when I actually needed it most, so maybe it was just bad timing, but it still made the jacket frustrating to use...

"Customer service took way too long"
I reached out to customer service hoping to get a quick answer, but it took a lot longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally replied, I didn’t feel like I got much help, so the whole experience was frustrating.

"Surprisingly dry, even when I wasn’t loving the climb"
I wore this while pushing uphill and somehow stayed dry the whole time, which surprised me. I was sweating and kind of annoyed with the climb, so I expected to feel damp at some point, but it held up well. It’s not like I was comfortable every second, but I also can’t really complain because it did exactly what I needed

"Great fit"
Ordered a Rab jacket from rab.equipment. I’m usually a medium and it fit perfectly. Room for a fleece, not baggy. Sleeves are spot on too. Really happy with it.

"Nice weight, but kind of bulky packed up"
Am I missing something, or does this just not pack down very small? The weight is good and I like that part, but once I try to put it away, it still feels bulky. Not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting it to compress a bit better

"Feels better made than most jackets I’ve tried"
I picked up a Rab jacket recently and, it feels a cut above a lot of the jackets I’ve worn or checked out in the same range. The fabric feels tough without being stiff or uncomfortable, and the stitching is really neat. The zips glide smoothly, the seams look properly finished, and after using it quite a bit, nothing feels flimsy, loose, or cheaply put together

"Good jacket, but delivery felt a bit uncertain"
I ordered a jacket from rab.equipment and the jacket itself was totally fine, so no complaints about the product. The only thing that made me a bit uneasy was the delivery side of things. It was meant to arrive sooner, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple of days, which always makes me wonder if something’s gone wrong or if the parcel’s been misplaced. It did show up in the end, just later than expected. Overall, not a bad experience, but I’d have felt better if the shipping updates were more reliable.

"Not much choice lately"
Not gonna lie, I expected a bit more from rab.equipment. The selection felt limited, with loads of sizes and colours missing, and a few categories barely had anything I was interested in. I still think it’s a good brand, but shopping the site was kind of frustrating, so I ended up looking elsewhere.

"Stayed dry and did the job"
Wore my rab waterproof on a windy hike and honestly... it did exactly what I needed. Kept me dry, the zips worked without any fuss, and the hood actually stayed put, which was a nice surprise. No complaints so far.

"Great Brand, Terrible Timing With Stock"
I’d been planning to order a jacket from rab, but of course the size I needed was out of stock right when I actually needed it. I checked back a few times over the next while and nothing seemed to change. Some of the colours only had odd random sizes left too, which was frustrating when I already knew exactly what I wanted. I do like the brand, but the stock availability really needs to be better
